I work for the Hercules Pilot Project at Dunhill Rural Enterprises Ltd (Dunhill Ecopark), our partners are the University of Wales, Trinity St. David and Waterford County Council. Hercules has been developed to support job creation and the development of cultural tourism products built on a ‘Sense of Place’. A community’s 'Sense of Place' is shaped, over time, by the landscapes, the natural and built environment, farming and fishing, traditions and culture, the stories, myths and legends that are rooted in a community is what gives it its' unique 'Sense of Place'. The project will: 1. Explore the ‘Sense of Place’ of Waterford and Carmarthen. 2.Launch a social network facilitate the exploration of communities' ‘Sense of Place’ and 3. Pilot a post-graduate certificate in Sense of Place
