The hostel is located in the village of Ballymacarbry and is within walking distance of shops, pubs and traditional entertainment.  It is perfectly suitable for walkers, hikers, cyclists, canoeists, students, study groups, etc. 

Ballymacarbry Community Centre has an inbuilt hostel that can cater for small or large groups with accommodation for 20 people in two separate rooms.  The rooms have an ensuite bathroom with hot showers.  The hostel facilities include a fully fitted self-catering kitchen/dining area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and instant hot water.  Free linen is provided and there is ample free carparking.  Hostel users have free access to our gym.
