The Waterford Writers Weekend in March is a highpoint in the annual literary calendar, but travel enthusiasts may, in addition, want to check out Lismore’s Immrama Travel Writers’ Festival held each June. This must be one of the most interesting niche events around. Given the stunning location, you could hardly find a more worthy place to combine literature and travel.
