Two hours of surfing tuition awaits boarders as they hone their board balance and skim waves at speed. Aiming to get water-top riders up and surfing as soon as possible, the harmonious union of human and sea continues after the lesson, with equipment hire for the rest of the day if you choose.
A natural progression from their successful surf shop, Tramore Surf School gave owners Nicholas and Bernadette Butler a chance to get their hands wet answering their customers’ classic surf questions. Safety is paramount to Tramore, which runs group activities according to ISA recommendations. Stocking O'Neil wetsuits and hardboard rentals also helped to swell Tramore Surf School’s reputation, both locally and further afield.
